Nhằm tạo điều kiện cho sinh viên sau khi ra trường, và tiếp sau thực tập trên lớp khi đã được làm quen với môi trường tiếng anh sinh viên không bỡ ngỡ khi tiếp xúc với công việc của ngành cũng như là có thêm kinh nghiệm dịch thuật , sau này và trước mắt là thêm những kiến thức tế để làm luận văn tốt nghiệp. Để đáp ứng yêu cầu đó,nhà trường đã tổ chức cho chúng em đi thực tập tốt nghiệp ,để chũng em hiểu và bổ sung thêm lý thuyết mà mình đã được học bấy lâu nay.Đồng thời tập cho sinh viên làm quen với môi trường và tác phong làm việc của một người dịch thuật.
Với thời gian thực tập 6 tuần tuy không phải là dài nhưng với khoảng thời gian đó cũng đã cho em phần nào tiếp thu được chuyên môn về cách dịch thuật ,cách quản lý công việc của người dịch thuật cũng như là cách triển khai dịch sao cho hợp lý,cách thức tổ trức dịch như thế nào để thuận lợi trong lúc dịch và tạo sự phối hợp nhịp nhàng ,chuẩn với đề tài khi làm việc.
Sau thời gian thực tập, với sự quan tâm giúp đỡ chỉ bảo tận tình của chỉ thầy cô các cô chú ,cán bộ và toàn bộ công nhân viên trong công ty đã giúp em nâng cao hiểu biết về thực tế quản lý và thực hiện dịch kết hợp với những kiến thức đã học ở trường và sự tận tình hướng dẫ chỉ bảo cô Phạm Thị Lan Phương đã giúp em hoàn thành bài báo cáo của mình,nội dung cảu bài báo cáo gồm nội dung củ thể sau:
