a) Huấn luyện chuyên môn về quảng cáo cho nhân sự của H-SAC, cụ thể:
- Chuẩn bị bài giảng trong các chương trình huấn luyện;
- Phân công nhân sự của mình thực hiện bài giảng; phối hợp với H-SAC / trực tiếp tổ chức các chương trình huấn luyện cho nhân sự của H-SAC;
Và/hoặc:
b) Hỗ trợ H-SAC về chuyên môn hoặc phối hợp với H-SAC để làm việc với Khách hàng / Đối tác khi cần thiết, cụ thể:
- Chuẩn bị bài thuyết trình theo yêu cầu của H-SAC;
Phân công Nhân sự của mình để thực hiện bài trình bày; phối hợp với H-SAC để thực hiện Dịch vụ cho Khách hàng;
c) Thực hiện các công việc khác theo quy định của pháp luật & yêu cầu của H-SAC;
1.2. Mỗi khi có nhu cầu về Dịch vụ, H-SAC chỉ cần gửi cho NHÀ CUNG CẤP đề nghị cung cấp Dịch vụ (qua email, điện thoại, tin nhắn hoặc các phương thức liên lạc khác).
1.3. Ngay sau khi nhận được đề nghị này, Nhà cung cấp sẽ gửi lại cho H-SAC một Báo giá với các thông tin cơ bản như sau:

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

a) coaching expertise on advertising for staff of H-SAC, specifically:-Preparation of lectures in the training program;-HR assignment done lectures; in collaboration with H-SAC/directly organize training programmes for personnel of H-SAC;And/or:b) support H-SAC of expertise or in collaboration with H-SAC to work with customers/partners when required, in particular:-Prepare presentations as requested by H-SAC;Assigned his staff to make the presentation; in collaboration with H-SAC to perform services for clients;c) made the other work under the provisions of law & requirement of H-SAC;1.2. When there is demand for the service, H-SAC just send the recommended SUPPLIERS provide services (via email, phone, SMS or other communication methods). 1.3. Immediately after receiving the offer, the provider will send back to H-SAC a quote with the following basic information:-The name of the service:-Description of service:-Duration:-Service charge:

a) professional training for the personnel of the advertisement of H-SAC, namely:
- Preparation of lectures in the training program;
- Assign your personnel perform lectures; collaboration with H-SAC / Direct organizes training programs for personnel of the H-SAC;
And / or:
b) Support professional H-SAC or in combination with H-SAC to work with hotels customers / partners when necessary, in particular:
- Preparation of presentations at the request of H-SAC;
assign its personnel to carry out the presentation; collaboration with H-SAC to perform services for customers;
c) Perform other duties as prescribed by law & requirements of the H-SAC;
1.2. Whenever there is demand for services, H-SAC just send SUPPLIERS proposal provides services (email, phone, text message or other communication methods).
1.3. Shortly after receiving this request, Supplier will send back to Q-SAC a quotation with the following basic information:
