Progress Humanitarian Resettlement (HR) Information Agreement between the Government of Vietnam and the United States of Procedure Humanitarian Resettlement (HR) On 15-11-2005, the Government of Vietnam has signed final agreements along with the US government about opening process Humanitarian Resettlement (HR). Accordingly, the Government of Vietnam and the Government of the United States will cooperate in the review and permitting the exit of resettlement in the United States citizens of Vietnam subject Departure Program orderly (ODP) but could not previously filed or may not complete dossier before the program ends on 30-09-1994 ODP because such objective economic conditions, with no access to information on ODP program, or by not previously want to migrate to the United States should not apply ODP ... This process does not apply to those previously filed under the ODP but was rejected or was informed not enough ODP standards. Progress humanitarian resettlement (HR) will be announced publicly on the extensive mass media (TV, newspapers, radio ...) for 6 months from the date of 15-12-2005 and next Phase 2 years receive and resolve application. The above objects include: 1. Vietnam nationals subject HO: As one of the following: a) The applicant is a citizen of Vietnam has experienced at least three years in the camp due to close relationships with agencies, organizations The Government of the United States to implement the program or policies of the US government before April 30, 1975; b) The applicants are citizens of Vietnam with two conditions: Having experienced less least one year in the camp due to close ties with the US government before April 30, 1975, has been training for any period in the United States or on US territory under the auspices of US Government before April 30, 1975; c) The applicant is a citizen Vietnam with two conditions: Having experienced at least one year in the camp due to close ties with the US government before April 30, 1975; Having worked directly for the US government or a US company or a US organization in time for at least one year prior to April 30, 1975; d ) The applicants are widows / widowers of persons sent to camps linked so closely with the Government of the United States that before April 30, 1975 and died in camps or death Within a year after release. 2. Vietnam citizen is a former employee of the US government (U11 area): These employees are employed directly by the US government in Vietnam work with time proven a total of 5 years or more in the period 01 stages from 01 May 1963 to 30 April 1975. 3. Vietnam citizen is a former employee of a private company or organization by the United States (V11 interface): The staff are employed directly by the US private companies or organizations in the United States with time Work proven total of 5 years or more in the period from 01 May 1963 to 01 April 30, 1975. 4. Direct family members eligible: Spouses and unmarried children, not yet 21 years old (at the time of application) of those applications are approved. Some points to note: HR is FREE process and only those who are eligible under the above provisions shall be considered a new application.
