Đối với hộ, cá nhân có 03 mức nộp: 1 triệu/năm (nếu doanh thu trên 500 triệu/năm); 500.000 đồng/năm (nếu doanh thu từ trên 300 - 500 triệu/năm); 300.000 đồng/năm (nếu doanh thu từ trên 100 - 300 triệu/năm) (khoản 2 Điều 4).
Nghị định có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 01/01/2017, thay thế Nghị định số 75/2002/NĐ-CP ngày 30/8/2002 và Điều 18 Nghị định số 83/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 22/7/2013.

For households and individuals, there are 3 levels of submission: 1 million/year (if revenues on the 500 million/year); 500,000 VND/year (if revenue from 300-500 million over a year); 300,000 VND/year (if turnover from 100-300 million per year on) (item 2 article 4).The Decree has effect from the date of 01/01/2017, replaces Decree No. 75/2002/ND-CP dated 30/8/2002 and article 18 Decree No. 83/2013/ND-CP on 22/7/2013.
