Giờ Trái Đất Xanh Viêt Nam tiếp tục tổ chức chiến dịch với 6 dự án lớn: CHUYỂN ĐỘNG XANH, NĂNG LƯỢNG XANH, TÔI YÊU VIỆT NAM XANH, 20s CHO GIỜ TRÁI ĐẤT, MẦM XANH GIỜ TRÁI ĐẤT, FLASHMOB nhằm vận động và tuyên truyền các tổ chức, cơ quan đoàn thể, các doanh nghiệp, trường học và cá nhân trên toàn quốc trong vấn đề giảm thiểu tác động của biến đổi khí hậu, hướng đến hoạt động chính trong đêm sự kiện lớn nhất của chương trình.
