Để đảm bảo tiến độ Dự án, đồng thời trong thời gian chờ Chủ đầu tư lập các thủ tục trình cấp có thẩm quyền phê duyệt giá để thanh toán cho Nhà thầu các bên đã thống nhất cho Nhà thầu triển khai thi công tuyến cống hộp (BxH: 1,5mx1,5m) đường 30/4 theo biên bản làm việc ngày ngày 25/04/2014.

Trong thời gian triển khai thi công Nhà thầu đã rất cố gắng để hoàn thành và được Tư vấn giám sát nghiệm thu, đảm bảo tiến độ của Dự án. Đến nay các thủ tục chào giá, phê duyệt giá và ký phụ lục điều chỉnh cho phần phát sinh này cũng đã hoàn tất.
