2.4.2. The non-Visual logos:Cognition and cognitive change occurs frequently in each individual, they are very hard to get noticed by the Visual expression. They can only be perceived through the expression of emotional States and behaviors. The non-Visual logos are the characteristic signs demonstrating awareness achieved in the members within the Organization and from outside individuals.Depending on the level of awareness, expressive, and State initiative in acts, the non-Visual logos can be divided into four levels from low to high as follows: (1) Value: know what to do, the request should meet, the behavior should make, the regulation should comply with the(2) Attitude: understand the meaning of the work to be done, these requirements should meet, the behavior should make, the regulation should comply with the(3) Beliefs: see the benefit, the value of the work to be done, these requirements should meet, the behavior should make, the regulatory compliance needs for yourself and the people(4) Principle: treat the implementation of the work to be done, these requirements should meet, the behavior should make, the regulation should comply with the proper actions and is best for yourselfDepending on the extent of the metabolism of awareness, the behaviour will be done with the active level. In the lower level, the initiative is low, the remaining passive behavior. At the higher level, the awareness has to be converted into the driving force, so the human consciousness and self-awareness, autonomy over when to act.
