Bảng phân loại hàng hóa dịch vụ Nice 10
Bảng phân loại hàng hóa dịch vụ Nice 10, Áp dụng Bảng phân nhóm danh mục sản phẩm hàng hoá và dịch vụ Ni xơ phiên bản 10 từ 1/1/2012 liên quan đến việc đăng ký nhãn hiệu. Bảng phân loại lần này có một số sửa đổi so với Bảng phân loại trước đó, chủ yếu là một số dịch vụ nằm trong nhóm sau 37, 45.
Cũng theo Thông báo số 1378/TB-SHTT của Cục Sở hữu trí tuệ ngày 09/12/2012 về việc áp dụng xuất bản lần X của Bảng phân loại quốc tế hàng hoá và dịch vụ theo Thoả ước Nice về phân loại hàng hoá/ dịch vụ dùng để đăng ký nhãn hiệu. Kể từ ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2012,

Cục Sở hữu trí tuệ sẽ áp dụng Xuất bản lần thứ X thay cho xuất bản lần thứ IX của Bảng phân loại quốc tế hoàng hoá, dịch vụ. Các thay đổi chính trong lần xuất bản thứ X chủ yếu tập trung trong các nhóm 35, 42 và 45. Cụ thể như sau:

1. Phân nhóm Hàng hoá

Nhóm 1.
Sản phẩm hoá học dùng cho công nghiệp, khoa học, nhiếp ảnh, cũng như nông nghiệp, nghề làm vườn và lâm nghiệp;
Các loại nhựa nhân tạo dạng thô, chất dẻo dạng thô;
Phân bón;
Hợp chất chữa cháy;
Chế phẩm dùng để tôi, ram và hàn kim loại;
Chế phẩm để bảo quản thực phẩm;
Chất để thuộc da;
Chất dính dùng trong công nghiệp.

CHÚ THÍCH:
Nhóm này chủ yếu gồm các sản phẩm hoá học dùng trong công nghiệp, khoa học và nông nghiệp, kể cả các chất dùng để chế tạo các sản phẩm thuộc các nhóm khác.

Nhóm này đặc biệt gồm cả:
- Phân ủ;
- Muối dùng để bảo quản, không dùng cho thực phẩm .

Trong nhóm này đặc biệt không bao gồm:
- Nhựa tự nhiên dạng thô (Nhóm 2);
- Sản phẩm hoá học dùng trong y học (Nhóm 5);
- Chất diệt nấm, diệt cỏ và các chất diệt động vật có hại (Nhóm 5);
- Chất dính dùng cho văn phòng hoặc gia đình (Nhóm 16);
- Muối dùng để bảo quản thực phẩm (Nhóm 30);
- Lớp phủ bằng rơm (Nhóm 31);

Nhóm 2.
Thuốc màu, sơn, vecni;
Chất chống rỉ và chất bảo quản gỗ;
Thuốc nhuộm;
Thuốc cắn màu;
Nhựa tự nhiên dạng thô;
Kim loại dạng lá và dạng bột dùng cho hoạ sĩ, người làm nghề trang trí, nghề in và nghệ sĩ.

Nhóm này chủ yếu gồm các loại thuốc màu, thuốc nhuộm và chế phẩm chống ăn mòn.

Nhóm này đặc biệt gồm cả:
- Thuốc màu, vecni và sơn dùng cho công nghiệp, nghề thủ công và nghệ thuật;
- Thuốc nhuộm quần áo;
- Phẩm màu dùng cho thực phẩm và cho đồ uống.

Trong nhóm này đặc biệt không bao gồm:
- Nhựa nhân tạo dạng thô (Nhóm 1)
- Chất hồ lơ dùng để giặt (Nhóm 3);
- Thuốc nhuộm dùng cho mỹ phẩm (Nhóm 3);
- Hộp màu (đồ dùng trong trường học) (Nhóm 16);

Nhóm 3.
Chất để tẩy trắng và các chất khác dùng để giặt;
Chất để tẩy rửa, đánh bóng, tẩy dầu mỡ và mài mòn;
Xà phòng;
Nước hoa, tinh dầu, mỹ phẩm, nước xức tóc;
Thuốc đánh răng.

Nhóm này chủ yếu gồm các chế phẩm dùng để tẩy rửa, làm sạch và trang điểm.

Nhóm này đặc biệt gồm cả:
- Chất khử mùi dùng cho cá nhân
- Chế phẩm vệ sinh dùng để làm sạch và trang điểm.

Trong nhóm này đặc biệt không bao gồm:
- Hoá chất dùng để làm sạch ống khói (Nhóm 1);
- Chế phẩm tẩy dầu mỡ dùng trong quá trình sản xuất (Nhóm 1);
- Chất khử mùi không dùng cho cá nhân (Nhóm 5).

Nhóm 4.
Dầu và mỡ công nghiệp;
Chất bôi trơn;

Vật liệu để hàn răng và sáp nha khoa;

Chất diệt động vật có hại;

Nhóm này chủ yếu gồm các dược phẩm và các chế phẩm khác dùng trong ngành y.

Nhóm này đặc biệt gồm cả:
- Chế phẩm vệ sinh dùng cho vệ sinh cá nhân không dùng cho trang điểm;
- Chất khử mùi không dùng cho cá nhân;
- Thuốc hút không có chất thuốc lá dùng cho ngành y.
