4.2.8 Bên Cho Thuê đồng ý cho phép Bên Thuê tự xây dựng thêm văn phòng làm việc bằng vật liệu nhẹ, lắp đặt điều hoà và các vật dụng khác trong khu vực nhà kho, ví dụ: kệ chứa hàng (rackings)/ tủ sạc điện xe nâng/ cân sàn/… nhằm phục vụ hoạt động của Bên Thuê. Các chi phí này do Bên Thuê tự trả
