2.1.3. Chức năng, nhiệm vụ cơ bản của các phòng ban

Trực tiếp giải quyết hồ sơ tín dụng của phòng khách hàng cá nhân, phòng khách hàng doanh nghiệp và tổ chức tuyển dụng lao động, điều động lao động.

+ Nghiệp vụ thẻ

+ Thực hiện nhiệm vụ thẩm định, tái thẩm định, đề xuất cấp tín dụng và quản lý các khoản tín dụng đã cấp đối với khách hàng.
+ Thực hiện tiếp thị, hỗ trợ, chăm sóc khách hàng, tư vấn cho khách hàng về các sản phẩm dịch vụ của ngân hàng.
+ Khai thác nguồn vốn huy động bằng VND hoặc ngoại tệ từ khách hàng.
+Thực hiện thẩm định và phát hành thẻ tín dụng quốc tế, theo dõi và thu hồi nợ, quản lý rủi ro liên quan tới thẻ tín dụng quốc tế và tài trợ thương mại.
+ Cung cấp hồ sơ, tài liệu, thông tin của khách hàng cho tổ quản lý rủi ro.
