Quy trình rửa lọc:
Trong quá trình lọc lượng cặn bẩn trong nước do vật liệu lọc giữ lại ngày càng tăng, dẫn đến tổn thất áp lực qua lớp vật liệu lọc cũng không ngừng tăng lên. Sau một chu kỳ lọc được ấn định bằng mức chênh lệch áp delta P =15 giữa ngõ vào/ra, lớp vật liệu lọc hết khả năng làm việc thì khi đó cần phải tiến hành rửa vật liệu lọc. Khi rửa bể lọc, hỗn hợp nước và khí theo đường ống áp lực chảy ngược từ dưới lên trên qua lớp vật liệu lọc sẽ kéo theo các cặn bẩn và đi vào phễu thu, cặn bẩn sẽ được thu gom và đưa về hồ chứa nước rỉ rác để tiếp tục bơm lên xử lý.
