Thông báo để Nhà thầu tổ chức công

Thông báo để Nhà thầu tổ chức công tác kiểm tra phải được phát hành chậm nhất một (01) tháng và đối với công tác giám sát chậm nhất là hai (02) tuần.
Những khía cạnh không tuân thủ được xác định trong quá trình kiểm tra, giám sát sẽ được thông báo bằng việc ban hành Yêu cầu Hành động Khắc phục (CAR)/ Báo cáo Không tuân thủ (NCR)

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Notice to contractors to organize inspection must be released at the latest within one (1) month and for the monitoring work of two (2) weeks.Non-compliance aspects identified in the screening process, the supervisor will be notified by issuing corrective action request (CAR)/non-compliance report (NCR)

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Notice to the contractor to organize the check must be issued no later than one (01) months and for monitoring at least two (02) weeks.
The aspect of non-compliance is identified during inspection, monitoring will be announced by issuing Corrective action Request (CAR) / Non-compliance Report (NCR)
