Trường hợp Bên Mua khai trương thêm

Trường hợp Bên Mua khai trương thêm cửa hàng/chi nhánh mới, Bên Mua phải thông báo cho Nhà Cung Cấp bằng văn bản thông tin xuất hóa đơn và giao hàng có đóng dấu xác nhận hợp lệ do người đại diện có thẩm quyền ký ít nhất 10 (ngày) trước khi đặt hàng. Thông báo xuất hóa đơn và giao hàng này sẽ được Nhà cung cấp sử dụng làm căn cứ cho việc xuất hóa đơn và giao hàng cho Bên Mua.

The case of the buyer opened the new branch/store, the buyer shall inform the Supplier in writing of information delivery and invoice stamped valid confirmation by the authorized representative to sign at least 10 (day) before ordering. Notice the invoicing and delivery will be the provider to use as a basis for billing and delivery to the buyer.

Where the Purchaser opened shops / new branches, the Purchaser shall notify the Supplier in writing information delivery invoice stamped and validated by authorized representatives signed at 10 (days) before ordering. Notification delivery invoice and this will be used as Provider basis for invoicing and delivery to the Purchaser.
