Depot Sao Á được định hướng phát triển lâu dài và có đầy đủ tiềm lực về cơ sở vật chất, cơ sở hạ tầng, về nguồn vốn, về con người nhằm cung cấp đầy đủ các dịch vụ Container/Depot chuyên nghiệp và hiệu quả cho khách hàng.

* Hiện nay, công ty đã có 02 Depot với diện tích 180.000 m2 được quy hoạch một cách khoa học, an toàn, các quy trình, công đoạn đã được qua chuẩn hóa, kiểm tra và thực hiện bởi những người có kinh nghiệm, chuyên nghiệp.
* Lưu bãi container rỗng: Khi tàu vận chuyển hàng hóa từ cảng về, toàn bộ thùng hàng rỗng sẽ được chuyển về lưu bãi tại depot, thông qua các quy trình kiểm tra chặt chẽ, quản lý số lượng xe ra vào hằng ngày, trước khi vào nhập bãi, lái xe sẽ phải hoàn thành một số thủ tục tại cổng,...
* Cấp container rỗng cho khách đóng hàng theo nguyên tắc FIFO.
* Quản lý Container bằng hệ thống phần mềm CMS ( hệ thống quản lý toàn bộ bằng camera giám sát và các thiết bị theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế) , có thể báo cáo tình trạng lưu container rỗng hằng ngày, hằng tuần, hằng tháng cho các hãng tàu, truyền số liệu EDI tự động theo yêu cầu riêng của từng hãng tàu.
* Công ty hoạt động 24/7 kể cả các ngày lễ và chủ nhật, nhằm đáp ứng đầy đủ nhu cầu của khách hàng.
