Để bảo đảm thực thi đầy đủ, nhất quán các quy định của Luật Đầu tư về ngành, nghề đầu tư kinh doanh có điều kiện, Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư cùng các Bộ, ngành liên quan đã phối hợp rà soát, tập hợp các điều kiện đầu tư kinh doanh áp dụng đối với 267 ngành, nghề đầu tư kinh doanh có điều kiện theo quy định của Luật Đầu tư. Danh mục các điều kiện đầu tư kinh doanh nêu trên cùng với các biểu mẫu hướng dẫn thực hiện đã được đăng tải trên Cổng thông tin quốc gia về đăng ký doanh nghiệp kể từ ngày 01/07/2015.

To ensure full, consistent enforcement of the provisions of the law on investment lines of business investment condition, the Ministry of planning and investment and the Ministry concerned has coordinated review, gather business investment conditions applicable to 267 lines conditional business investment under the provisions of the investment law. Directory of business investment conditions mentioned above together with the form, the guidelines have been posted on the national portal on business registration from October 1, 2015.

To ensure full implementation, consistent with the provisions of the Investment Law of lines of business and investment conditions, the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the ministries concerned have coordinated review, gathers the investment and business conditions apply to 267 lines of business and investment conditions stipulated by the Law on Investment. The list of business investment conditions stated on the form along with implementation guidelines have been posted on the National Portal of registered businesses from the date of 01/07/2015.
