- Ngoại trừ điều khoản sửa đổi tron

- Ngoại trừ điều khoản sửa đổi trong bản Điều lệ sửa đổi này, tất cả các điều khoản khác của Điều lệ Công ty không thay đổi và giữ nguyên hiệu lực.
- Điều lệ sửa đổi này sẽ là phần không thể tách rời với Bản Điều lệ ngày 03/08/2012, điều lệ sửa đổi ngày 14/09/2016 của Công ty TNHH ICOF Việt Nam và có hiệu lực, bị chi phối và được giải thích theo các quy định của luật pháp Việt Nam.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Except the modified terms in a Charter amendment, all other provisions of the Charter company does not change and remain in force.-The Charter amendment will be inseparable part with A Charter on 03/08/2012, the Charter amendment on 14/12/2016 of ICOF Vietnam co., Ltd. and in effect, governed and interpreted according to the provisions of the law of Vietnam.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- Except for revised terms of the charter amendment, all other terms of the charter company remain unchanged and in effect.
- Charter amendments will be integral parts to Japan charter dated 08.03.2012, as amended on 14.09.2016 charter of ICOF Vietnam Co., Ltd. and in effect, governed by and construed in accordance with the provisions of the law of Vietnam.
