b) Trường hợp Nhân viên vi phạm quy định về thời hạn thông báo trước như tự ý nghỉ việc sớm hơn thời gian đã thông báo trước với công ty hoặc không báo trước thì Nhân viên phải bồi thường số tiền tương đương với tiền lương ghi trên Hợp đồng Lao động của Nhân viên trong những ngày không báo trước.
