Các mức độ đánh giá về sự hài lòng

Các mức độ đánh giá về sự hài lòng đối với các hệ số tài chính có thể được xây dựng theo thang đo Likert, bao gồm 5 mức độ như sau: Rất hài lòng, Hài lòng, Không ý kiến, Không hài lòng và Rất không hài lòng (xem bảng 4.1).

The level of satisfaction with regard to the financial system can be built according to the Likert scale, includes 5 levels as follows: very satisfied, satisfied, Not opinion, not happy and Very dissatisfied (see table 4.1).
