Mỗi Bên có thể đề xuất việc gia hạn

Mỗi Bên có thể đề xuất việc gia hạn Thời Hạn Thuê bằng cách gửi cho Bên kia văn bản đề nghị gia hạn ít nhất chín (9) tháng trước khi hết Thời Hạn Thuê. Nếu việc gia hạn Thời Hạn Thuê được thống nhất, Các Bên sẽ ký một phụ lục để gia hạn hoặc một hợp đồng thuê mới theo thông báo của Bên A. Theo đó, Các Bên sẽ thỏa thuận để thống nhất lại các điều khoản thương mại và điều kiện thuê mới. Tuy nhiên, đơn giá tiền thuê mới sẽ không tăng quá 10% (mười phần trăm) so với mức Tiền Thuê cao nhất của năm thứ năm (5) của Thời Hạn Thuê.
