4.2 Các đầu ra và hoạt động
Để đạt được mục tiêu dự án là nâng cao chất lượng hoa xuất khẩu, dự án cần đạt được 4 mục tiêu và 16 đầu ra cụ thể. Các mục tiêu, đầu ra và các hoạt động cụ thể được mô tả như sau:
Mục tiêu 1: Nâng cao năng lực của NMT về cung cấp dịch vụ tư vấn trồng hoa và quản lý doanh nghiệp
Đầu ra 1.1 Cập nhật kỹ thuật trồng và công nghệ sau thu hoạch hoa.
Cần thiết phải cập nhật kỹ thuật trồng và công nghệ sau thu hoạch hoa để nâng cao chất lượng hoa xuất khẩu. Để thực hiện được điều này NMT sẽ hợp đồng với các chuyên gia trong nước và quốc tế chuyên về lĩnh vực này. Dựa vào trình độ canh tác, cơ sở hạ tầng, khí hậu và thổ nhưỡng, các chuyên gia sẽ xây dựng quy trình canh tác và sau thu hoạch hoa phù hợp. Quy trình kỹ thuật mới về trồng hoa và công nghệ sau thu hoạch sẽ được chuyển giao cho cán bộ kỹ thuật của Công ty. Nhằm nâng cao năng lực của NMT về việc cung ứng các dịch vụ tư vấn kỹ thuật trồng và công nghệ sau thu hoạch hoa cho các hộ trồng hoa trong tương lai, Công ty sẽ bố trí 1 cán bộ kỹ thuật để tiếp nhận các kiến thức và kinh nghiệm này.
