Dựa theo nhu cầu thực tế và kinh nghiệm có được trong quá trình tổ chức các phiên chuyên đề của VPSF, Hội Doanh nhân Trẻ Việt Nam nhận thấy nhu cầu cần phải xây dựng và tổ chức Ban thư ký thường trực cho Diễn đàn. Ban thư ký ra đời nhằm tiếp nối và duy trì các hoạt động của Diễn đàn VPSF. Sẽ là nơi tiếp thu những kết quả, khuyến nghị và thông tin có được từ hoạt động trước đấy của VPSF. Từ đó, theo dõi và đánh giá kết quả thực hiện của các khuyến nghị, kết nối giữa các đối tác, chuẩn bị tổ chức Diễn đàn thường niên lần kế tiếp.
