Dear all!

Đính kèm theo là đề nghị thanh toán IPC 17 của Nhà thầu và một số ghi chú như sau:

+ Đã chỉnh sửa theo ý kiến của Marcus về giá trị tại PL04 ( IPC No.16 phái OTV không có).
+ Đã chỉnh sửa theo ý kiến của Mr Khởi.
+ Do hiện tại Nhà thầu rất khó khăn về tài chính, mặt khác Nhà thầu còn rất nhiều đầu mục đã hoàn thành nhưng chưa được thanh toán, rất cần sự hỗ trợ từ phía Tư vấn giám sát.Vì vậy trong IPC 17 Nhà thầu đưa phần chi phí tư vấn từ 10/07/2015 đến 15/09/2015 (Giá trị trước thuế).
