• Bên B bảo hành cho Bên A tại địa chỉ : 132 Nguyễn Huệ, P Phú Nhuận, TP Huế, Thừa Thiên Huế và có thể xử lý tại đơn vị sử dụng trong Thành Phố Huế.
Điều 5. Phương thức thanh toán và điều kiện thanh toán
Phương thức thanh toán :
- Thanh toán bằng tiền mặt hoặc chuyển khoản
- Bên A sẽ tiến hành thanh toán tiền cọc trước cho bên B với giá trị 30% số tiền trong hợp đồng, số tiền: 157.015.500 ( một trăm năm mươi bảy triệu không trăm mười lăm nghìn năm trăm đồng ./) để bên B có thể tiến hành, chuẩn vật tư, thiết bị, hàng hóa.
- Sau khi Bên B bàn giao cho Bên A xong thì Bên A có trách nhiệm thanh toán cho Bên B toàn bộ số tiền còn lại theo hợp đồng trong vòng 1 tuần, số tiền: 366.159.500( Ba trăm sáu mươi sáu triệu một trăm năm mươi chín ngàn năm trăm đồng./) ( kể từ ngày bàn giao hàng hóa, thiết bị).
- Điều 6. Điều khoản thi hành
Hai Bên có trách nhiệm thi hành nghiêm chỉnh các điều khoản hợp đồng . Nếu có bổ sung hoặc thay đổi các điều khoản của hợp đồng thì cùng nhau thỏa thuận và ký thêm phụ lục hợp đồng.
Mọi tranh chấp xảy ra khi thực hiện hợp đồng (nếu có) để không giải quyết được bằng thương lượng thì đưa ra trước Tòa án kinh tế TP- Huế xử theo luật định.
Điều 7. Điều khoản thanh lý hợp đồng
Hợp đồng được tự động thanh lý khi các bên hoàn tất cơ bản các cam kết của mình
Hợp đồng này được lập thành 02 bản ,mỗi bên giữ 01 bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau.
