Tôi có một số vấn đề cần giải quyết:

1. Tôi không đồng ý người khác vào quản lí bởi vì công sức và tâm huyết tôi đã chuẩn bị cho ông trong thời gian 6 tháng : công nhân gọt vỏ dừa, người bán dừa cho ông.

2. Công sức tôi làm việc 6 tháng mà chỉ được trả lương 4 tháng mà không được ký hợp đồng lao động. Theo luật pháp Việt Nam người làm việc trên 2 tháng sẽ được ký hợp đồng lao động,nhưng ông không có hợp đồng lao động với tôi. Ông đã vi phạm và tôi sẽ kiện ra pháp luật điều này. Để có được sự công bằng cho tôi.

3. Công ty ông sẽ không phát triển và sẽ bị vỡ tan kế hoạch bởi vì người nông dân ở Bến Tre cũng như người bán dừa Bến Tre không bao giờ làm việc với người miền Bắc ở Việt Nam.

4.Tôi luôn làm cho ông với tất cả công sức của tôi nhưng đã không được trả công như lời ông nói.nếu ông không giải quyết vấn đề này và đưa người khác quản lý cũng như không tin tôi.Công ty ông sẽ phá sản và tôi xin nghỉ việc
