Ban giám đốc sẽ review tình trạng thực tế của cả 2 miền để có cách kiểm soát công việc hiện tại của bộ phận delivery
_ Nhắc nhở TBP Logistic cần phải chặt chẽ giám sát tình trạng làm việc của nhân viên và đến check trực tiếp nếu cần.
_ Nếu như có xảy ra những sự việc như GĐ Sale phản hồi, ban giám đốc sẽ xem xét để đưa ra quy định cụ thể về phạm vi bộ phận delivery phải hỗ trợ lắp đặt và mức xử phạt cho những nhân viên vi phạm quy định này
