Rapid Feedback chính là thu thập thông tin phản hồi từ hệ thống, developer, customer càng nhanh càng tốt. Hiểu được nó và đưa nó vào trong quá trình học tập.
Khách hàng sẽ xem xét và đưa ra ý kiến phản hồi về hệ thống trong vài ngày hoặc chậm nhất là tuần thay vì để quá lâu.
Thu thập phản hồi từ phần mềm và ghi lại, sau đó fix bug ngay lập tức thay để ngày hôm sau hoặc tuần sau
