ĐIỀU 9:CÁC QUI ĐỊNH KHÁC:
Bảo Việt nhận bảo hiểm cho các thành viên có tên trong danh sách yêu cầu bảo hiểm của Đơn vị tham gia bảo hiểm theo Điều khoản và biểu phí bảo hiểm kết hợp con người ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 1420/QĐ/TGĐ-BHBV ngày 09/05/2012 của Tổng Giám đốc Tổng Công ty Bảo hiểm Bảo Việt ĐIỀU 10: Hai bên cam kết thực hiện nghiêm chỉnh mọi điều quy định trong hợp đồng này. Mọi tranh chấp giữa Bảo Việt và người tham gia bảo hiểm trong việc thực hiện Hợp đồng, nếu không giải quyết được bằng thương lượng, sẽ đưa ra Toà án kinh tế thành phố Hải Phòng để giải quyết.
