10.2 Bàn giao thiết bị:
10.2.1 Sau khi thiết bị được nghiệm thu, Bên B sẽ bàn giao thiết bị cho Bên A đưa vào sử dụng.
10.2.2 Tuy nhiên, sau ngày bàn giao, nếu Bên A chưa thanh toán đủ cho Bên B thì quyền sở hữu đối với: (i) toàn bộ hệ thống thiết bị thiết bị ; và (ii) tài liệu và chứng từ liên quan; và (iii) phần cứng và phần mềm của thiết bị, đều thuộc quyền sở hữu của Bên B. Và vì thế, Bên B có quyền tạm ngừng hoạt động thiết bị bất kỳ lúc nào cho đến khi Bên A thanh toán xong theo hợp đồng này.
