As a citizen of Quang Ninh province

As a citizen of Quang Ninh province. I am proud of my

hometown which has a lots of natural beauty. And today i

want to introduce about it.

Ha Long bay is a small bay, it belongs to the North bay. It

about 1,553 kilometers square. Ha Long bay gathering 1,969

different islands. About the weather, it has 2 differently

seasons, is hot wet summer and cold winter. Seas and islands

are very important to created the own beauty of Ha Long bay.

Islands in Ha Long have 2 main types, there are limestone and

schist concentrate in Bai Tu Long bay and the Southwest of

Ha Long bay. Ha Long bay has geological formations from

250 to 280 millions years. This made the unique beauty.

When in Ha Long bay the most speciality are limestone

caves and islands. If you travel by liner, you can see a lots of

beautiful limestone pieces. We can see lots of pieces

intermixed together to made a limestone wall, then “Dau

Nguoi” piece, “Canh Buom”piece, “La Vong” piece, “Trong

Mai” piece,…

Besied the pieces Ha Long bay has lots of island with historic

sites and beaches. Like “Ngoc Vung” island, “Ti Top” island.

And “Tuan Chau” island is a center of entertainment.

Ha Long bay also famous with wonder caves. Like “Sung

Sot”, “Thien Cung” caves, “Dau Go” cave. We can see the

beauty of cubic elmusion, stalamight.

Ha Long bay has diversity ecosystem with lots of different

kind of birds, seaweeds, crabs, corals, … Ha Long bay

cocentrated 486 species of magnolia, 232 species of coral, 77

kinds of bird, 22 kinds of animal, mangrove plants,

seaweeds,…

Ha Long bay has been recognized by UNESCO twice time

at 1994 and 2000.

Tourism is a main aspect of economic development. Year

by year, the number of tourist are augment, that mean more

trash. The beauty of the bay will disapper because trash is

everywhere. If we not aware that, tourist won’t come here and

we will lost job, money,….Ha long bay is a gift of nature so

we must protect it. We need minded about our behavior. We

shouldn’t thorw trash to the sea, remind who do it. We should

join in clean trash events. Report to the government if we see

bad behavior. Besied that Quang Ninh government has

produced the “Smile Of Ha Long” law about how to behave

better in government, in city and with toursit.

In this city people is very friendly, open minded, hospitable.

In Ha Long all tourists are greeted warmly and ardent. People

always smlie and help anyone. If you come to Ha Long, you

need help, they always help you in everything. You get lost,

they show you the way. You want to go to a places just ask

they will tell you. Need something just ask people in here. If

you want to visit Ha Long bay, you can easy to find a tour
