2.5. Phụ gia
2.5.1. Các loại phụ gia sử dụng để pha xăng không chì, xăng E5, nhiên liệu điêzen và nhiên liệu điêzen B5 phải đảm bảo phù hợp với các quy định về an toàn, sức khoẻ,
môi trường và không được gây hư hỏng cho hệ thống động cơ.
2.5.2. Việc sử dụng phụ gia không thông dụng để sản xuất, chế biến và pha chế xăng không chì, xăng E5, nhiên liệu điêzen và nhiên liệu điêzen B5 phải được đăng ký và chấp thuận theo quy định tại Thông tư 15/2009/TT-BKHCN ngày 02/6/2009 của
Bộ trưởng Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ về việc hướng dẫn trình tự, thủ tục đăng ký việc
sử dụng phụ gia không thông dụng để sản xuất, chế biến, pha chế xăng và nhiên liệu điêzen.
