Chương 2 của luận văn đã khảo sát thực trạng hoạt động bồi dưỡng GVMN theo CNN ở các trường công lập quận Hoàn Kiếm và kết quả cho thấy hoạt động bồi dưỡng giáo viên ở các nhà trường luôn bám sát nội dung, chương trình của tất cả các hoạt động GD trẻ em trong nhà trường. Nội dung bồi dưỡng bám sát với yêu cầu của GVMN đáp ứng CNN. Tuy nhiên hình thức bồi dưỡng còn chưa phong phú so với nhu cầu bồi dưỡng của ĐNGVMN. Thời gian bồi dưỡng chưa thực sự hợp lý.
