Cần có những nhà hoạch định tốt hơn, những chính sách tốt hơn, các đại biểu Quốc hội sẽ đề xuất được những ý kiến tốt hơn nhằm cải thiện tình hình,… và quan trọng hơn là chúng ta cũng nên học hỏi kinh nghiệm từ các nước sản xuất tiên tiến đi trước. Theo quan điểm của cá nhân thì nước ta không thiếu nguời tài nhưng quan trọng hơn là dám nghĩ dám làm và cần có một hệ thống bộ máy nhà nước trong sạch vững mạnh hơn nữa để dẹp bỏ hoàn toàn quan liêu bao cấp và các tệ nạn tham nhũng, để “chất xám không bị chảy máu”… và nhân tài có thể có những cơ hội mà đứng ra xây dựng nước nhà, giúp nước giúp đời!
