Trong trường hợp bên B có yêu cầu xe tại thành phố Vinh nhưng bên A không cung cấp kịp thời theo như yêu cầu của bên B thì bên A chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán toàn bộ chi phí phát sinh cao hơn so với mức phí mà bên B phải trả cho bên A khi sử dụng dịch vụ tương đương. Trường hợp bên B sử dụng dịch vụ taxi ngoài thành phố Vinh thì phải có phiếu yêu cầu bằng email vào địa chỉ hoặc fax để bên A làm căn cứ tính phí phát sinh.

Khi đón khách theo yêu cầu của bên B, bên A ghi tên khách hàng phải đón trên bảng hiệu để khách hàng bên B đọc được và có trách nhiệm hướng dẫn khách ra xe cần đi.
