Article 1: Nội dung và phạm vi công việc
Điều 2 Giá trị Hợp đồng
Tổng giá trị hợp đồng là:

Giá trị Hợp đồng nêu trên đã bao gồm thuế VAT và tất cả các loại thuế, phí, lệ phí theo quy định của Nhà nước, chi phí vận chuyển, bốc xếp, lắp đặt hoàn thiện tại công trình Trung tâm bán hàng của Bên A và toàn bộ các chi phí có liên quan để Bên B thực hiện và hoàn thành toàn bộ nội dung, phạm vi công việc theo yêu cầu của Bên A.
Giá trị Hợp đồng nêu trên là giá trị tạm tính trên cơ sở đơn giá và khối lượng chi tiết theo Phụ lục số 01 đính kèm Hợp đồng này. Giá trị thanh toán chính thức là giá trị được xác định trên cơ cở khối lượng hàng hóa được Các Bên giao nhận,công việc mà Bên B đã hoàn thành được Bên A nghiệm thu và đơn giá Hợp đồng đã được Các bên thống nhất.
Trường hợp Bên A có nhu cầu thay đổi và/hoặc bổ sung chủng loại thiết bị, và/hoặc bổ sung nội dung công việc thì Hai Bên sẽ thỏa thuận, thống nhất bằng văn bản hoặc ký Phụ lục bổ sung Hợp đồng.
Điều 3 Tiến độ và phương thức thực hiện Hợp đồng
3.1 Tiến độ thực hiện Hợp đồng:
Trong vòng 45 ngày kể từ ngày hai Bên ký Hợp đồng.
Ngày nói trên đã không gồm cả ngày nghỉ thứ bảy, chủ nhật và các ngày nghỉ lễ, tết theo quy định của Nhà nước.
Thời gian thực hiện và hoàn thành Hợp đồng sẽ được điều chỉnh khi xảy ra một trong các trường hợp sau:
(i) do phát sinh về phạm vi, khối lượng công việc;
(ii) tạm ngừng công việc do sự kiện bất khả kháng;
(iii) tạm ngừng công việc theo yêu cầu của Bên A;
(iv) tạm ngừng công công việc do lỗi của Bên A hoặc nhân sự của Bên A gây ra.
3.2 Phương thức thực hiện Hợp đồng:
