Hiện tại Quy trình thông báo mất séc tại VPBank đang chia ra hai Quy trình : Quy trình thông báo mất Séc dành cho Khách hàng Tổ chức số 113/2013/QT-TGĐ & Quy trình thông báo mất Séc dành cho Khách hàng cá nhân số 73-2013-QT-TGĐ. Trong đó nội dung quy định trong cả hai Quy trình này không có nhiều khác biệt. Vì vậy việc gộp và thống nhất về nội dung của hai quy trình thành một Quy trình là cần thiết.
