Trong đó, thực hiện phân luồng, quyết định kiểm tra đối với trên 8 triệu tờ khai (tăng 22,58% so với năm 2014), giảm thiểu tỷ lệ kiểm tra hàng hóa để đáp ứng cải cách, tạo thuận lợi cho doanh nghiệp.
