Nếu trong vòng 21 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được bất cứ lô hàng nào từ người bán mà người mua không thông báo cho người bán là hàng bị lỗi và nộp mẫu hàng làm bằng chứng, thì lô hàng sẽ được coi là tuân thủ trên mọi khía cạnh của các quy cách phẩm chất và người mua sẽ từ bỏ tất cả quyền từ chối lô hàng.

If within 21 days of receiving any shipment from the seller that the buyer does not notify the seller as defective goods and submit the samples as evidence, the shipment will be considered to be complied with on every aspect of quality mattresses and buyers will give up all rights to refuse the shipment.

If within 21 days of receiving any shipment from the seller that the buyer does not notify the seller is faulty goods and samples submitted as evidence, the shipment will be considered compliant on all aspects of the specifications of the goods and the buyer shall waive all rights to refuse the shipment.
