Doanh nghiệp càng quan tâm đến nhân viên bao nhiêu thì các nhân viên càng tận tâm với doanh nghiệp bấy nhiêu. Các vấn đề có ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển của một môi trường đạo đức cho nhân viên bao gồm một môi trường lao động an toàn, thù lao thích đáng, và thực hiện đầy đủ các trách nhiệm được ghi trong hợp đồng với tất cả các nhân viên.
