Ngày nay, chiến lược CNH hướng về XK đang được mọi quốc gia trên thế giới đẩy mạnh nó, nhằm mang lại những thành công cho những nước muốn thoát khỏi tình trạng đói nghèo lạc hậu. Đặc biệt với nước ta hiện nay thì trong lĩnh vực quan hệ kinh doanh Quốc tế. Chúng ta đã có những bước tiến khá lạc quan, hàng hóa của ta được xuất khẩu sang nhiều nước trên thế giới.
Nước ta là nước nông nghiệp, có lợi thế về điều kiện khí hậu, thổ nhưỡng phù hợp với nhiều loại nông sản như lúa, cà phê, điều...Đặc biệt là ngành sắn – một trong những sản phẩm nông sản xuất khẩu chủ yếu của Việt Nam trong những năm gần đây đã đã đem lại một phần không nhỏ vào thu nhập của nên khinh tế quốc dân, ngoài ra nó còn đóng góp rất lớn vào sự phồn thịnh của đất nước.
FOCOCEV bắt đầu tham gia vào lĩnh vực sản xuất và bán hàng tinh bột sắn vào năm 2001.Sau nhiều năm hoạt động và phát triển, Công ty đã tăng trưởng vượt bậc và mặt hàng tinh bột sắn đã trở thành sản phẩm chủ lực của công ty. Công ty đã chú trọng đầu tư sản xuất và kinh doanh tinh bột sắn với tổng công suất trung bình trên 300.000 tấn/năm, mang lại kim ngạch xuất khẩu và doanh thu đáng kể cho công ty.
Tuy nhiên gần đây, các Thông tư, quy định của Luật Hải thường xuyên thay đổi làm cho các công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực xuất nhập khẩu nói chung và FOCOCEV nói riêng gặp không ít khó khăn. Do vậy, các công ty phải không ngừng hoàn thiện quy trình xuất khẩu của mình trước mắt nhằm mục đích là thích ứng với các quy định của Luật Hải quan, sau đó nhằm giải quyết yêu cầu cấp bách đặt ra với mỗi công ty là đảm bảo nâng cao hiệu quả và thực hiện việc kinh doanh theo đúng quy định của pháp luật.
Qua nhận thức rút ra từ quá trình học tập như vậy, trong thời gian thực tập tại công ty TNHH MTV Thực phẩm và Đầu tư FOCOCEV thuộc Bộ công thương, em đã tìm hiểu về quy trình xuất khẩu của công ty. Em nhận thấy rằng thực tế công ty đã tự điều chỉnh và không ngừng hoàn thiện để sớm thích ứng và thực hiện theo đúng quy định của Luật Hải quan do nhà nước ban hành. Tuy nhiên để có thể hiểu rõ hơn và có những kiến thức nhất định về quy trình xuất khẩu, em đã chọn đề tài “Quy trình xuất khẩu TBS của công ty TNHH MTV Thực phẩm và Đầu tư FOCOCEV” để nghiên cứu. Tuy nhiên do kinh nghiệm chưa có nhiều, cơ sở lí luận chưa thật vững chắc nên bài viết có những khiếm khuyết nhất định không thể tránh khỏi. Em rất mong được sự hướng dẫn của cô Nguyễn Lan Truy về mặt lý luận, sự chỉ bảo của các cô, chú, anh, chị trên công ty về cơ sở thực tế để em có thể hoàn thành tốt bài Báo cáo của mình.
