Ngày 7/3/2003, TMV đã khai trương x

Ngày 7/3/2003, TMV đã khai trương xưởng Dập thân xe tại Nhà máy của TMV đặt tại Tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc. Toyota trở thành nhà sản xuất ô tô đầu tiên ở Việt Nam thực hiện hoàn chỉnh 5 công đoạn trong quy trình chế tạo xe hơi: DẬP - HÀN - SƠN - LẮP RÁP - KIỂM TRA.
Tại xưởng Dập, bảng biểu và Kanban được sử dụng như một hệ thống thông tin nhằm kiểm soát kế hoạch sản xuất. Mỗi Kanban đều ghi đầy đủ các thông tin chi tiết về chủng loại, số lượng sản phẩm cần phải sản xuất và các chi tiết cần dập. Công nhân lấy đi bao nhiêu Kanban, sẽ phải sản xuất theo đúng số lượng và chủng loại trên Kanban đã ghi. Vì vậy, sẽ không bao giờ rơi vào tình trạng thừa/thiếu sản phẩm. TMV áp dụng nguyên tắc "Just in Time" của Hệ thống sản xuất Toyota là sản xuất đúng sản phẩm, đúng số lượng, tại đúng nơi, vào đúng thời điểm.

On 7/3/2003, TMV has opened the vehicle body Stamping workshop at the factory of TMV in Vinh Phuc Province. Toyota became the first automobile manufacturer in Vietnam made complete 5 stages in the process of car manufacturing: STAMPING-WELDING-paint-Assembly TEST.In the factory, Stamping tables and Kanban was used as a information systems in order to control production planning. Each Kanban are full of details about the categories, the number of products need to be produced and the details needed. Workers take away how many Kanban, will have to produce the right amount and types on the Kanban has been recorded. So, will never fall into excess/missing products. TMV applies the principle of "Just in Time" of the Toyota production system is producing the right product, in the right quantity, at the right place, at the right time.

At punching workshop, tables and Kanban is used as an information system to control the production plan. Each Kanban are fully recorded detailed information about the types and number of products need to produce the required details and press. Workers taking away many Kanban, will have to produce the correct amount and type on Kanban was noted. So, would never fall in excess / deficient products. TMV to apply the principle of "Just in Time" of the Toyota Production System is to produce the right product, the right quantity, at the right place, at the right time.
