Hàng loạt lãnh đạo chủ chốt của DongA Bank sẽ bị miễn nhiệm, đình chỉ sau quyết định kiểm soát đặc biệt Ngân hàng Nhà nước vừa công bố.

Cơ quan này cũng cho biết, sẽ cử cán bộ Ngân hàng Đầu tư và Phát triển Việt Nam (BIDV) đảm nhiệm vị trí lãnh đạo chủ chốt để quản trị, điều hành, kiểm soát Đông Á.
"Kết quả thanh tra cho thấy, trong giai đoạn 2012 trở về trước, Đông Á đã có nhiều vi phạm pháp luật về quản lý tài chính, cấp tín dụng và hoạt động kinh doanh khác, ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến tình hình tài chính và hoạt động của Đông Á", thông cáo của Ngân hàng Nhà nước viết.
