1. Thực trạng việc xây dựng môi trường văn hóa giao tiếp trong lớp học giữa GV và SV của trường CĐSP Lào Cai - Việt Nam
Để đánh giá thực trạng việc xây dựng môi trường văn hóa giao tiếp giữa GV và SV trong lớp học của trường CĐSP Lào Cai, chúng tôi đã tiến hành khảo sát bằng phiếu hỏi kết hợp với dự giờ 10 tiết của 5 GV. Chúng tôi thiết kế 2 mẫu phiếu: mẫu KS-01 dành cho GV và mẫu KS-02 dành cho SV. Số lượng SV khảo sát là 90 SV.
Với câu hỏi trong 2 phiếu điều tra. Tính tổng tỷ lệ % phương án trả lời của GV và SV ở các mức độ Rất tốt, tốt, khá, trung bình, yếu kém. Kết quả thể hiện ở bảng sau:
