Nhân viên bị ốm đau, tai nạn lao động hoặc bệnh nghề nghiệp đã điều trị hết thời gian cho phép mà bệnh vẫn chưa khỏi cần phải điều trị thêm (phải có giấy chứng y của cơ quan y tế).

Employees suffering from sickness, industrial accident or occupational disease have treated most of the time allowed for that sick yet from the need to further treatment (must have a medical certificate of health authorities).
