Các Bên đồng ý rằng Chuyên Gia là nhà thầu độc lập của Công Ty và không có bất kỳ quan hệ lao động nào tồn tại giữa Công Ty và Chuyên Gia. Không có bất kỳ điều khoản nào của Hợp Đồng này tạo ra cách hiểu hoặc được hiểu rằng có sự tồn tại bất kỳ quan hệ đại lý, liên danh hoặc liên doanh nào giữa Các Bên.
