Tương tự như dịch vụ của Amazon, Music Beta của Google lưu trữ nhạc trên các “đám mây dữ liệu” nên người dùng có thể truy cập kho nhạc của mình từ bất cứ đâu và trên bất cứ thiết bị nào có hỗ trợ nền tảng. Tuy nhiên khác với Amazon, bạn chưa được cung cấp tuỳ chọn mua nhạc thông qua Google.
