a. Yêu cầu Bên A góp đủ và đúng số

a. Yêu cầu Bên A góp đủ và đúng số vốn đã cam kết tại Điều 1 của Hợp đồng này;
b. Yêu cầu Bên A chịu trách nhiệm về hành vi nộp chậm hoặc nộp thiếu số vốn góp đã cam kết tại Điều 1 của Hợp đồng này.
2. Nghĩa vụ
a. Thiện chí tạo điều kiện cho Bên B trong quá trình góp vốn và thực hiện các quyền của Thành viên góp vốn được quy định tại Điều lệ ;
b. Hoàn thiện thủ tục tại cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền về thay đổi, bổ sung Thành viên góp vốn.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

a. requesting party A sufficient amount of capital and true contribution was committed in article 1 of this agreement;b. request A Party responsible for the acts filed slowly or lack of filing which was committed in article 1 of this agreement.2. The obligationa. goodwill created conditions for Party B in the process of raising capital and the implementation of the rights of members, which are defined in the Charter;b. improving the procedure at competent State agencies about changes, additional members.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Asian. Requesting Party A in full and on a capital contribution commitments in Article 1 of this Agreement;
b. Requesting Party A is responsible for the act of delaying or underpaid the committed capital in Article 1 of this Agreement.
2. Obligations
a. Goodwill facilitate Party B during the implementation of the capital contribution and Limited partners' rights as stipulated in the Charter;
b. Completing procedures at state agencies competent to change, supplement Limited partners.
