Thanh lý hải quan bãi
- Nhân viên mang tờ khai đã thông quan đến hải quan giám sát bãi ghi số container/ seal, tàu/chuyến lên tờ khai chính và bản sao
- Nhân viên giao nhận photo tờ khai Hải quan điện tử. Sau đó, nộp tờ khai (photo và bản gốc để kiểm tra) tại phòng thanh lý.
- Hải quan thanh lí kiểm tra đóng dấu xác nhận và trả lại tờ khai bản gốc.
Vào sổ tàu hàng xuất
- Nhân viên giao nhận đem tờ khai đã thanh lý và phiếu xác nhận seal để Hải quan vào sổ tàu đến vị trí vô sổ tàu đưa cho nhân viên ở đó. Sau khi kiểm tra trên hê thống, nhân viên vô sổ tàu trả ra 2 liên, nhân viên giao nhận kiểm tra các thông tin về số cont, số seal, tên tàu, số chuyến có đúng với booking không sau đó ký vào và giữ lại liên màu vàng, trả lại liên trắng.
- Kết thúc quá trình làm thủ tục thông quan cho lô hàng xuất khẩu tại cảng. Hàng hóa sẽ được sắp xếp lên tàu theo kế hoạch của hãng tàu.
Lưu ý:
*Việc xác nhận các loại chứng từ để thông quan phải thông qua nhiều người nên khá mất thời gian nên nhân viên giao nhận cần tính toán thời gian hợp lí.
*Phải vào sổ tàu trước khi đến giờ Closing time nếu không hàng sẽ rớt lại không xuất khẩu được mặc dù đã thông quan.
