Hiện dự án đang trong giai đoạn xây dựng, dự kiến đi vào vận hành vào năm 2017. Theo thiết kế đã được phê duyệt, sản phẩm của Nhà máy (sản xuất vào năm 2017) được xây dựng dựa trên tiêu chuẩn Euro 4, tuy nhiên có một số chỉ tiêu chưa đáp ứng đầy đủ tiêu chuẩn Euro 4, cụ thể như sau
