Theo kế hoạch thực tế của nhà thầu Phan Vũ từ ngày 19/6/2016 đến nay, công tác đào và đắp trả gần tại các hố đào 3, 4, 5, 6 đã xong. Tuy nhiên nhà thầu phan vũ vẫn chưa trình nộp bất cứ tài liệu nào liên quan đến hạng mục này. Vì vậy QC posco yêu cầu Phan Vũ trình nộp gấp những tài liệu liên quan sau
1. Về nghiệm thu hố đào, các bên liên quan bao gồm tư vấn, nhà thầu chính, nhà thầu phụ đã tiến hành lập biên bản hiện trường và xác định khối lượng sơ bộ bằng cách đo đạc sơ bộ. Vì vậy Phan Vũ phải cụ thể hóa khối lượng đào đắp bằng những hình dạng cụ thể có các điểm khống chế trên bản vẽ. Các biên bản báo cáo survey trước và sau khi đào và hình ảnh dính kèm (nếu có).
2. Về vật liệu đắp, Phan Vũ phải cung cấp hồ sơ thí nghiệm vật liệu có thể hiện độ đầm chặt phòng thí nghiệm. Căn cứ vào dữ liệu này, sẻ tiến hành kiểm tra độ chặt hiện trường theo yêu cầu của kỹ thuật dự án.
3. Về nghiệm thu đắp trả, Hồ sơ phải thể hiện được việc đắp trả theo từng lớp. Các lớp phải có biên nghiệm thu survey, kết quả thí nghiệm đầm chặt (cho các lớp đắp trả bằng cát).
