Trước khi thay đổi nhân sự, Bên B phải có văn bản đề nghị với Bên A trước 07 (bảy) ngày dự định thay đổi để Bên A xem xét chấp thuận. Bên B phải trình bày lý do, đồng thời cung cấp lý lịch, chứng chỉ hành nghề của người thay thế cho Bên A, người thay thế phải có trình độ, năng lực tương đương hoặc cao hơn người bị thay thế.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Before personnel changes, party B must have written recommendations with the A Side before 7 (seven) days intended the change to party A look of approval. Side B must present reasons, at the same time provide biographies, practice of a replacement for the A Side, surrogates must have equivalent capacity, level or higher who is replaced.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Before changing personnel, Party B must have a written request to Party A 07 (seven) days after the proposed change to Party A considered approved. Party B must provide reasons, and provide background, the practicing certificate of a replacement for Party A, the replacement must have the qualifications, capacity equivalent to or higher than those being replaced.
